T-Mobile finally rolls out Android 5.1.1 Lollipop software update to its versions of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge. The update should bring everything that is part of 5.1.1 (which isn’t a lot in terms of user-facing features), and also adds Advanced Messaging and video calling to the two devices.
Since the OTA (over the air) update is delivered in stages, it’s possible that not all Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note edge owners will get it at the same time.
If you are a T-Mobile Note 4 or Note Edge owner, and haven’t received the update yet, you can also manually check for it by heading to your device’s settings.
